Weekwacht

The weekly watch is organized per municipality (or several municipalities together).

For most municipalities there is a weekly watch service from Monday to Thursday, from 7 pm to 8 am.

Please contact your own doctor for this: if he / she cannot be reached, you will be forwarded directly to the doctor on call in the area or you will be told the relevant waiting number.

If you do not have a doctor in the region, call 1 of the practices in the municipality where you live: see 'find a doctor'.

However, with regard to the measures taken in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic, the sentry will work by appointment only.

So please always call the number 1733 to request an urgent consultation or an urgent home visit.

How do you make an appointment?

You can always reach the out-of-hours GP post during weekends and holidays via telephone number 1733. This is the central telephone number for on-call services (FPS Public Health).

After submitting your zip code or municipality, you will automatically be forwarded to the out-of-hours GP in your region, where your call will be answered further.
